Obowiązek informacyjny
Zgodnie z art. 13 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych (…) („Rozporządzenie Ogólne”), dalej jako „RODO” SQRT3 S.A. informuje, że:
- Nasza strona znajduje się pod adresem https://www.sqrt3.games (dalej zwana “Stroną www”)
- Niniejszy dokument określa pod jakimi warunkami SQRT3 S.A (dalej zwane “SQRT3”) z siedzibą Aleje Jerozolimskie 92, 00-807 Warszawa, KRS 0000785882 może zbierać i przechowywać informacje (w tym dane osobowe) dotyczące użytkowników (“Użytkownik”) niniejszego serwisu i usług na nim dostępnych, m.in ale nie ograniczone do: wsparcia technicznego, obsługi klienta, komunikacji marketingowej, skarg konsumenckich, rekrutacji. (“Usługi”).
- “Dane osobowe” to wszelkie informacje odnoszące się do osoby fizycznej, która korzysta z Usług SQRT, włączając w to informacje podlegające pod RODO. Szczególną ochroną otoczone są dane osobowe osób małoletnich poniżej 16 roku życia, co oznacza że może istnieć konieczność zgody prawnego opiekuna na zbieranie takich danych.
- Korzystanie z Usług SQRT3 może wymagać podania SQRT3 wyżej wspomnianych danych. Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, lecz korzystanie z niektórych Usług SQRT3 może nie być możliwe bez podania w/w informacji.
- SQRT3 może zbierać dane osobowe w następujący sposób: 1) Dobrowolne przekazanie danych przez Użytkownika w celu realizacji Usług (np. rekrutacja, pytania, skargi), przekazanie danych wraz z dodatkową zgodą (np. marketing, uczestnictwo w wydarzeniach, subskrypcja newslettera) lub zbierane automatycznie (ciasteczka).
- W zależności od wyrażonych przez Użytkownika zgód zbierane mogą być następujące dane: 1) Imię i nazwisko, 2) adres e-mail, 3) numer telefonu, 4) adres IP, 5) dane koniecznie do udzielenia wsparcia technicznego (parametry, logi, etc.), 6) dane niezbędne do uczestnictwa w rekrutacji i/lub wydarzeniach organizowanych przez SQRT3. Dane te nie będą przekazywane
- Użytkownik ma prawo do zmiany, wycofania i informacji o swoich danych.Użytkownik ma również prawo do skargi do odpowiednich instytucji jeśli podejrzewa, że dane są przechowywane w niewłaściwy sposób.
- Ciasteczka (eng. “cookie files”) to pliki przesyłane do komputera Użytkownika przez serwer SQRT3 podczas korzystania ze Strony www. SQRT3 może używać ciasteczek by logować dane dotyczące wizyty na stronie, dopasowywać wyświetlające się dane do użytkownika. Pliki te pozostają na komputerze Użytkownika także po zakończeniu wizyty na stronie. W wypadku braku akceptacji ciasteczek strona nadal pozostanie dostępną, lecz nie będzie można skorzystać ze wszystkich funkcjonalności (np. zapisania się do newslettera).

This privacy policy (hereinafter the „Privacy Policy”) is a document which determines terms and conditions on which SQRT3 S.A. (hereinafter, “the Company”) with registered office at 00-807 Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 92, Poland, registered under number of the National Court Register 0000785882 corporate number Tax Identification Number: 1080010299 may collect and process data (including personal data) concerning the users (“the User”) of this website and/or any services (i.e. technical assistance/support, means of communication, customer services, complaints) (hereinafter the “Services”).
1. Personal Data
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person who uses the Services provided by the Company (i.e. name/surname, e-mail address) (hereinafter the “Personal Data”). The Company applies highest standards as regards protection of confidential information and personal data, including those which are resulting from European general data protection regulation (GDPR), especially the Personal Data of persons under the age of 16 are protected, which means its collection may require obtaining consent of statutory agent (e.g. parent, legal guardian). The Company after receiving information about collecting Personal Data of the User under age of 16, shall take necessary actions (e.g. request consent of statutory agent).
Use of Services provided by the Company may require obtaining by the Company given Personal Data, without which the User may not be allowed to use such Services. The Company collects Personal Data solely in the scope necessary for provision of such Services, whereas in the remaining scope only upon separate consent of the User (e.g. marketing, newsletter). The Company does not collect Data beyond justified needs and adequacy (rules of “minimalism” rules, i.e. collecting Personal Data solely in the scope necessary for realization of legally specified purpose).The Company processes Personal Data in a manner consistent with binding regulations (based on legal regulations binding on the territory of European Union or Member State Law). 2. Type of the information and Personal Data collected by the Company
Depending on the type of the Services and the scope of consents granted by the User, the Company uses one or more information and the Personal Data: (1) name/surname, (2) e-mail address, (3) phone number, (4) IP address and other technical information (e.g. regarding type of devices and other informatic tools, web browser), (5) information necessary to provide technical assistance or support (e.g. parameters, logs, other descriptions), (6) information necessary for participation in events organized by the Company, (7) other information connected with use of the Services provided by the Company (e.g. residence address and correspondence address). The Company applies all required by law (binding on the territory of European Union or Member State Law) security measures as regards the Personal Data.
3. Transfer of the Personal Data
The Company may be entailed with transfer of the Personal Data to reliable and professional partners (processors). Transfer shall be based on an processing agreement concluded between the Company and processor. The Company: (i) transfers the Personal Data solely in the scope necessary for realization of aim agreed with processor, (ii) transfers the Personal Data solely for the purposes of such aim, (iii) applies all required legal and technical measures for protection of the Personal Data in order to ensure the highest quality of the Services, (iv) may transfer Personal Data to third parties providing day-today services for the Company(e.g. legal advisors, tax advisors) or other entities entitled to access Personal Data upon binding legal regulations (e.g. administrative bodies).
4. The Users’ rights
The User at any time is entitled to exercise his rights concerning Personal Data, in particular: (i) the right to object (forbid) processing of his Personal Data, (ii) access to the Personal Data, (2) request to rectify, correct or delete the Personal Data, (3) request to restrict the processing of the Personal Data, (4) request to transfer the Personal Data to another entity, (5) submit complaint to a data protection authority – President of the Data Protection Office or other offices. In some cases exercising one or more of such rights may result in limitation of possibility of use one or more the Services provided by the Company (due to the necessity of processing Personal Data in connection with Services). The Company shall provide the User a response indicating activities and their justification, thus it may be also obliged to store the Personal Data upon binding law regulations.
5. Cookie Files
The User uses cookies technology during using websites owned by and/or administrated by the Company (hereinafter the “Websites”). Cookie file is type of information which the Company’s network server sends to the User’s computer or device upon accessing to the Websites. The Company uses or may use cookies files as follows: 1) session files – in order to use technical data saved during use of the Websites and transfer to other sites as well as to use such technical data to improve use of the Websites. Such file shall not contain any personal data allowing to identify the User and exits solely during given sessions of using the Websites, 2) log files and multiple use files which may be installed on the User’s computer during login on the Websites in order to save data for the purposes of such login (if applicable). Such files may be used solely for comfort of the User in order to avoid further information introduction and verification during following logins. Automatic profiling is a decision based solely on automated processing which produces legal effects concerning the User (e.g. use of algorithm which exams behaviour in games or on social platforms, resulting in automatic decision). The Company does not apply automatic profiling.
